Three years in, we’ve stopped calling Web3 Builders’ Summit (W3BS) an event. It’s a checkpoint.

Vietnam’s digital asset ecosystem is entering a structurally new phase. With the Digital Technology Industry Law (2025) and Resolution 05/NQ-CP establishing the regulatory pilot framework for the crypto-asset market, Vietnam’s International Financial Center (VIFC) in Da Nang officially commenced operations on December 18, 2025.
These aren’t soft signals. This is institutional infrastructure being built in real time — and it’s happening in the same city where W3BS has always called home.
That timing isn’t coincidence. Da Nang has been writing a playbook while everyone else was still debating whether Southeast Asia had one. W3BS 2026 is the first major Web3-native gathering positioned inside this new framework — where builders, capital, and the officials shaping policy are in the same room while the rules are still being written.

What W3BS Actually Looks Like
Taking place on May 25, 2026, Web3 Builders' Summit: LFBUIDL 2026 serves as the official Web3 leg of the Danang Venture and Angel Summit (DAVAS 2026). We are bringing together over 200 builders, founders, investors, partners, and community members inside Vietnam’s flagship venture summit, governed by the Department of Science and Technology of Da Nang.
We built this year’s program around a single thesis: Vietnam’s next Web3 phase will be won by builders who understand three things at once — policy, technical infrastructure, and capital.
The day is structured to deliver all three without the filler.
Morning: Strategy and Policy
The day opens with founders meeting the officials shaping Vietnam’s digital asset framework. Three panels covering the Vietnamese policy frontier, the stablecoin stack, and RWA infrastructure — plus three Lightning Debates designed to surface real disagreement on the questions builders are actually arguing about. No pre-scripted consensus. No safe answers.
Afternoon: Technical Showcases

The Summit closes with a curated dinner that doubles as the official gateway into DAVAS week. It’s where the Web3 conversation moves from the Summit floor into the broader capital conversation Da Nang has spent years building.
