In February 2026, Da Nang Innovation Startup Support Center (DISSC) and sqrDAO entered into a strategic partnership that sets the stage for Da Nang’s evolution into a global digital powerhouse. Signed by Mr. Vo Duc Anh from DISSC and our founder Long “Leo” Pham (Castelian) under the witness of Da Nang city leaders, this MOU is a direct response to Da Nang’s ambitious vision to enter the Global Top 300 startup ecosystems.
